Fantastic customer service & experienced techs for repairs & reconditioning of used bikes. My 10 year old mountain bike looks brand new & with the replacement of the original gear shifters it is a pleasure to ride again. My husband and I have also bought after market accessories, they stand by their repairs and the products they sell. Many thanks to Troy, Joe, Jane, Mac and the entire Bicycle One team.

Disappointing Service at Bicycle One, GahannaI recently encountered a troubling issue with my bike's rear wheel and, after researching reputable repair shops, decided to trust Bicycle One in Gahanna for assistance. My bike's rear wheel had a noticeable shake, and upon inspection, I discovered the inner axle was broken. I brought the wheel to Bicycle One, hoping for a professional and straightforward repair.Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. After briefly examining my wheel, a mechanic returned it half disassembled, informing me they lacked the necessary parts for repair. This was disappointing, but what followed was even more concerning. I noticed the brake disk was missing screws that were definitely present and secure when I handed over the wheel. When I raised this issue, the mechanic insisted it arrived in that condition, which is blatantly untrue. I was even able to turn the remaining screws with my fingers, showing they had been tampered with and not properly handled.This experience has taught me a valuable lesson about the importance of documenting the condition of items before sending them for repair. It's disheartening to encounter such negligence and lack of accountability from a service provider. I would urge potential customers to think twice before entrusting their bicycles to Bicycle One in Gahanna or at least to ensure they have photographic evidence of their bike's condition beforehand. Disassembling a bike part without proper reassembly or losing components is unacceptable for any professional repair service. I hope this review helps others avoid similar disappointments.

Bicycle One is an awesome bike shop! Max performed an outstanding service, from helping to unload bikes, to taking the time out of his busy schedule, to fix my bike in order for me to ride the same day. You know what they say, "You never forget how to ride a bike." Having not ridden a bike in around 30 years there was a small part of me that was worried that I had forgotten. I decided it was time to start riding again, not just for exercise but to get outside more.Bicycle One is an Elite Dealer for Aventon e-bikes which was the manufacturer of the two models I was considering. They had several Aventon e-bikes in stock and Joe was very friendly, and knowledgeable about all the Aventon options they were offering. Just as importantly, he set me at ease when I was nervous about even getting on a bicycle after so many years. While I had mostly made up my mind about the bike that I wanted, Joe helped me make sure the bike I chose was the best choice for me. They've definitely earned a return customer.
